8. Stop mitigating your actions. The realism is there’s no reason for eating like a pig. The easy reason being that you are not a pig. The composite one being that your body doesn’t need so much food. It needs enough to be creative throughout the day but how many of you reading this on the internet in fact climb buildings or lift heavy gear for a living? You only need as much energy as you will expend so eat only what you need. It’s not only healthy for you but it’s less taxing on the surroundings you live in.
