It’s kinda simple, just eat more calories than you spend in energy and you’ll gain weight. Easier said than done. Two things, eat high calorie foods- its easier if you eat regularly all day, ideally 6 medium sized meals per day interspersed with snacks- chucky bars, crisps etc. the hardest thing is keeping it up- eating a lot more than you usually would, every day!
