How to lose body fat
Do not consume or drastically limit your consumption of hydrogenated fats, and to lesser extent saturated fats like those found in many fast foods, fried foods, ready snacks, baked goods, whipped coffee drinks, and candies.
Instead of soaked and hydrogenated fats, consume poly-unsatured and mono-unsaturated fats. These fats are found in plants and plant products, as well as fish. Use butter and not margarine, though butter has more fat, it is improved than the trance fats found in margarine and other processed foods, and if you use olive oil, do not heat it, otherwise it would be just as bad as sunflower oil, and do not use canola oil, it is also processed.
Limit your consumption of high-starch foods, such as potatoes, refined rice, and noodles. These foods are completely healthy in sensible quantities, such as one cup per meal, but raw grains are a much better choice, and need not be eaten in such incomplete quantities.
Eat plant foods and drink plant-based beverages in order to saturate your body with defensive, healthy anti-oxidants. Plants are the natural, healthiest basis of anti-oxidants. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, green tea, spirulina smoothies, soy products, and other plant-based foods tend to be high in anti-oxidants. Eat these throughout the day to uphold high blood levels of anti-oxidants.
Never consume proteins and starches in the same meal, and avoid all processed goods, a good alternative for sugar is RAW honey, not the type you get in the supermarket, only RAW honey, which, unless you buy it fresh from the farm itself, is a creamy white.
Both excessive body fat and harmful dietary fats (saturated and hydrogenated fats) tend to cause inflammation in the body. This inflammation causes disease and increased weight gain.
Polyunsaturated fats can help to burn body fat and reduce inflammation. Monounsaturated fats are unbiased. Healthy traditional ethnic diets may contain up to forty percent plant and/or fish-based fresh polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats.
High-starch refined foods stress the sugar-processing aptitude of the body. Limiting these foods allow the body to better burn existing body fat.
Plants that are high in anti-oxidants (also known as phytochemicals) be inclined to have dark, rich colorations, such as blueberries, blackberries, purple grapes, and cranberries. Dark green vegetables are also great choices. Wine is a rich source of antioxidants, but some beers are also potent anti-oxidant brews. Dark British beers may have the uppermost concentration of anti-oxidants.
