How to set up dsl
Devices such as fax machines, caller ID boxes, or phones that share the same phone number as you DSL account need a line filter that prevents modem noise from troublesome the DSL signal on the phone line. Filters that will be provided are of the two-to-one adapter type. This filter must be plugged into the phone jack per the commands below.

You will need to install a Network Interface Card (NIC) if your computer does not by now have one installed. Pass on to your computer or NIC manufacturer\'s documentation for complete installation instructions.
With your computer off, connect the Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on the DSL modem.
Connect the other end of this cable to the NIC in your computer
Plug the DSL cable into the DSL port on the modem.
Plug the other end of the DSL cable into the DSL filter installed into the phone jack earlier.
Plug the power adapter into the back of the DSL modem, and the other end into the wall outlet.
Power on the computer. Power on the modem.
Download the RASPPPoE archive file & save it to folder where you can find it later.
Go to the folder where you saved the archive & uncompress this archive.

Windows 2000/XP/2002 users should read the included README2K.HTM file for further instructions.
When the second light on the DSL modem is solid green, click connect.
Congratulations! You have now setup you computer for DSL access
