7.Drink plenty of water. it both dilutes the concentration of the your bodily effluents and it cleanses the whole system.
8.Stop using a combination of Antiperspirant/Deodorant and try using only a deodorant. You could be having an alergic reaction to the Antiperspirant that is causing the sweating.
