How to stop vomiting
Simple recipe for how to stop vomiting as experienced by many people
Ingredients: White rice, water, salt, garlic
Instructions: Whenever you get ill from eating something bad making you vomit your food, here\'s good way to "settle" down your stomach. The cure is to eat bland, sugar-free, simple foods. What I use is white rice. Boil the rice but use plenty of water (just like making soup). Don\'t cook it like you normally would expect to eat regular rice. Just make sure it\'s really watered down. Add salt and lightly crushed garlic as it\'s cooked. The warm, soothing and natural curing elements in the garlic and salt will make you feel much better. Heat 2 cardamoms on a dry pan. Powder them and add a tsp honey and take frequently.

Take a mixture of 1 tsp mint juice with 1 tsp lime juice and 1/2 tsp ginger juice along with a tsp honey.

Sip chilled lime juices.
