How to take care of a baby
Let\'s face it; it\'s just simple if moms don\'t get ill. The family keeps running, the baby gets fed and cared for and all goes easily. But when winter hits and its flu season, occasionally the flu can take a mom down hard. If you\'re a mom who\'s just starting to feel those flu symptoms, here are some ways to help you cope during your brutal few days or that week lying in bed with the baby. The biggest feat of all understands you can\'t do all and letting other people help during your sick time.
How to take care of a baby Step 1: When you are down with a fever and your body is painful, you have to stay in bed and drink fluids. If your baby is capable to sit up, you have to think of the bed as your big play pen. The baby is going to be marooned on it with you.

An empty tissue box with the television remote rattling around inside or an unopened granola bar in a shiny wrapper can keep the baby busy for a long time. Any time you interrelate with your baby, try to use wipes or hand sanitizers on your own hands to shun spreading the germs to her and spending the next week in bed again when she has the flu.

Step 6: If you\'re all by yourself, call on friends and family. Have an assistant bring a few new toys to the toy box everyday, for variety. Have someone come for a few hours in the afternoon to play with the baby or bring you a bowl of soup.
