| I am filling out a application for a job i would like to know how you think i should fill out the following question.
They want to know why i left my last job?
I was cooking in a restaurant and was laid off because of a slow down in buisness after the holidays and they choose to lay me off to help with labor cost. ( they felt i was no longer needed )

| Be straight forward. write this.
"I was laid off because of slowing down. But I would like to clarify that cooking is an art. Good recipes take their proper time and consideration. Being a cook I consider these very deeply."
